The RoleAs a Car Sales Consultant, you will:Engage with Customers: Provide a friendly and informative experience for customers visiting the dealership, guiding them through the buying process.Sales: Drive sales of new and used vehicles, meeting and exceeding targets.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our vehicle range, features, and benefits.Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls and communication, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the dealership meets its objectives and provides BenefitsCompetitive Salary: £21,000 basic with a generous £40,000 OTE, uncapped commission structure.Company Vehicle: Provided for professional and personal use.Employee Discounts: Enjoy discounted MOTs, service, and parts for yourself and your family.Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week, plus Sundays on a rota.Training and Development: Opportunities for career growth and professional development within the dealership.
