It is working with a market-leading manufacturing group at a world class facility where career development opportunities and training are unrivaled.What’s in it for you as Engineering Maintenance Team Leader: Basic salary of circa £49,000 per annumKPI Bonus OT at 1.5 and 2x Competitive company pension Hours of work – Panama Days and NightsLocation - Pollington Commuteable from Goole, Knottingley, Pontefract and DoncasterDeath in Service 3x Salary Employee benefits program OEM Training and career development, including health and safety training, management training ILM & IOSH, cross-skilling and upskilling Roles and responsibilities as an Engineering Maintenance Team Leader The leadership of Engineering teams, covering both automated and semi-automated parts of the plantInternational Management Skills, The development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques,To identify opportunities to further automate manufacturing processesTo develop multi-functional / flexible manufacturing teams across operationsImplement and push Engineering KPIs across the site Experience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Maintenance Team Leader Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical MaintenanceStrong Health and Safety awarenessPrevious experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner Lead Engineer etcPrevious experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience of the development and application of PPM activities The company is a market leader, and international manufacturer, with an impressive background of investing in and developing employees at all levels of their business, providing extensive training and career progression opportunities. the position would suit Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Engineering Team Leader, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor and Electrical Team Leader
