This authority are using an innovative vision and embarking on a positive journey for the future using a model of approach called Restorative Practice.This post will be based within their Marketing and Recruitment Team within the fostering social work service .An Essex based Local Authority is looking for a Fostering Marketing & Recruitment Team Manager to join their newly formed fostering service.
