Sales Ledger / Accounts Administrator £13 p/h Temporary on-going Monday – Thursday / 08:00 – 16:30 Friday 08:00 – 13:00 Cannock – WS11 You MUST be available for an immediate start Proman is working with a fast-moving Automotive business looking for administrative support on a temporary basis. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity.Sales Ledger / Accounts Administrator The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Accounts Department. Experience of working within an Accounts assistant / Sales ledger position is essential. Main duties and responsibilities:Processing invoicesPreparing payment runsResolving queriesPerforming statement reconciliationsProcessing expensesAssisting with intercompany reconciliationsAssisting with stock managementAssisting with month end processes Education and ExperiencePrevious experience as an Accounts Administrator supporting an accounts team is essential.Experience of Sales / Purchase Ledger is beneficial.
