Program Co-Ordinator and Analyst Advantage Group International is seeking an operations focused Analyst, who wants to jump in headfirst to join us in our journey of helping businesses be better together. Who We’re Seeking to Join Our Team: The successful candidate ideally holds 1 - 2 years of experience in a market research, project management, or operations role with an aptitude for succeeding. Experience with or knowledge of the UK FMCG and grocery industry is considered a bonus. This role is 70% Administrative Support and 30% Analyst Support. This is a 6-month contract position, with high potential to become permanent. What Success Looks Like in this Role: The Program Coordinator and Analyst will support the administration and delivery of key Advantage programmes in the UK business. You will help to manage our annual research programmes through the key stages of program specifications, fieldwork, report production and insight delivery to clients via Okta. Advantage Group International is a global business and the successful candidate will report to the UK & Ireland, Operations Director, but will also work closely with all members of the UK & Ireland team, as well as with colleagues in our global office in Toronto. About the Role: - Supports administrative components of qualitative research.- Make courtesy follow-up phone calls to potential survey respondents (high volume phone calling)- Compiles supplier and retailer intelligence from different data sources.- Supports the Program and Operations Manager/s and the Program Management team in Toronto on the preparation and verification of data processing and reporting specifications, and in assuring the integrity and quality of the data.- Quality checks and editing of qualitative comments.- Set up and manage client access to the myAdvantage portal through Okta.- Analysis of qualitative feedback to represent the quantitative data. Location: We embrace flexible working at Advantage. This role can be a combination of both office and home-based working. Our office is based in Yeovil, Somerset. We would like the successful candidate to join our friendly office-based team, currently working in the office once a week on a Wednesday (subject to change). What We’re Looking For: · Education in Business Administration or equivalent· 1-2 years of relevant administrative, project management or market research experience· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel· Strong proficiency with Excel formulas, particularly VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.· Professional, outgoing personality that is confident in interacting with clients· Comfortable managing large sets of data· Proven ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)· Experience with Tableau/Okta is considered an asset· Interest in the FMCG and Grocery industry· Desire to grow with the business and develop your role The Capabilities and Skills that Matter: · Numeracy and a keen eye for detail and a level of comfort with data analysis· Comfortable and confident making telephone calls· Outstanding initiative with a “can-do” attitude· Ability to communicate effectively internally and with supplier/retailer contacts at all levels· Ability to reliably work with limited supervision and a high sense of urgency Why Should You Work for Us?
