Role: Corndel is recruiting an Enrolment Support Officer with exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing business. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and who is used to working hard and achieving personal success. An individual who understands the complexities, challenges and satisfaction of administration and enjoys seeing a job well done supporting learners to succeed and achieve their ambitions whilst providing the best learner experience we can. Reporting to the Head of Enrolment, Claims and Compliance, the Business Support Officer will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services and evidence of Compliance from across the business. You will be a highly motivated self-starter accustomed to using good administrative practices and skills to collate information that will be used by the Enrolment, Claims and Compliance team to drive learner enrolments. You will be able to demonstrate good administrative skills and be familiar with using office applications whilst being able to balance multiple objectives and priorities to support your team. Corndel delivers a range of programmes, including Leadership and Management, Data Analytics, DevOps, and Software Development. This is your opportunity to work with some of the largest and highest profile businesses in the UK, helping them and their staff succeed. Some of the tasks you will perform Process and review documents (certificates, training plans), following the funding rules. Support the creation, and meet, the specific schedule of activities for Corndel to be compliant within funding rules and business timelines. Support the process of programme starts via the revised data process. Effectively communicate compliance requirements and decisions to key stakeholders, ensuring information is passed to the right people at the right time in the process. Follow funding requirements and input learner data into Management Information Systems efficiently and accurately. Ensure all information and data for business processes and claims is uploaded on time, accurately, and in line with funding guidance and Corndel priorities. Business support to the onboarding team. An inquisitive mind, an ability to seek out the required information, and problem solving. Solutions driven with detailed attention to outcomes and the inputs needed to secure them. Skills Highly organised, can prioritise, and can work at speed. A good communicator who can explain things clearly and presents information in a simple and coherent way. A completer, who is thorough and accurate and has ‘a get things right first’ approach. Proven ability to set, and meet, deadlines in a calm and efficient way. Able to use judgement and escalate issues as, and when, required. Knowledge and experience A confident user of IT with a willingness, and aptitude, to learn a new system. Experience of working within a regulated environment is desirable. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of the role, and the purpose of an enrolment and claims function.
