Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, invites you to join their dynamic team as a Graduate Sales Executive. Unlock your potential and embark on a rewarding journey to success The Role As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Youll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and contributing to their continuous growth. What Youll Do: * Prospect, grow sales pipelines, and generate leads through email outreach, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Lusha, and cold calling* Participate in daily morning team meetings with the new business team to strategise daily action plans* Assist in creating target lists by sector and developing action plans to secure new business* Progress to the negotiation and closure of new business opportunities* Address client inquiries and furnish pertinent information to maximise sales potential* Maintain accurate records within internal systems* Stay up to date with industry and company trends and developments Skills and Qualifications * A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* A passion for sales and business development* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly* Self:motivated, goal:oriented, and eager to learn* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team* Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new challenges Benefits Employee well:being is high on their agenda.
