Position : Charge NurseSalary : Up to A GBP 44,648Hours : 37.5 per weekType : Permanent, Full:Time Were Hiring Charge Nurses Role Overview : * Provide senior nursing leadership and support the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager.* Oversee a modern mental health treatment unit with facilities like secure gardens, a gym, a hydrotherapy pool, practice kitchens, social areas, art rooms, and dedicated support services.* Deliver bespoke treatment packages for patients with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities : * Lead and support the nursing team with your clinical expertise.* Adapt flexibly to changes and the evolving needs of the service.* Deputize for the ward manager when necessary, expanding your roles and responsibilities.* Serve as a role model, demonstrating core values and excellence. Requirements : * Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 2 years of post:qualification experience.* Relevant clinical experience.* Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.* Ability to develop and apply flexible and innovative approaches to practice.* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
