I am working with an Established US brand that is now expanding its UK business with the opening of a new store in West London The brand has taken London by storm and is experiencing serious growth I am looking to speak with forward:thinking managers who would like to be part of something exciting. The business is modelled around fast food, so ideally, you will have relevant experience across QSR or fast casual dining. Ideal General Manager * Passionate, motivated, and not afraid of a challenge* Rational, organised and an analytical thinker.* Get up and go attitude : hard worker, hands:on.* Social and committed to building a good company culture.* Financially astute, understands the necessity for cost control and sales driving Previous Experience of a General Manager * Very comfortable openings, training and recruiting.* Commercially aware and strategic : comfortable working closely with a dynamic board team to grow this fabulous business* Experience with delivering training at the management level
