Internal Sales Account Executive Salary circa 25:28k + Excellent OTE dependent on skills and experience Office based, Worcestershire, WR6 5LA Full Time, Permanent Company profile Our client Intelecomm are a leading consultancy and dealership for the provision of mobile, fixed landline, voice and data telecommunication services. They specialise in delivering cost:effective solutions tailored to their telecoms needs. Role Purpose As a Sales Account Executive, you will play an important role in driving the business forward. Your main responsibilities will include managing existing customer accounts while actively looking for new business opportunities. The successful individual must have a proven track record from within the telecommunications market or have experience of mobile and fixed line ideally. The prime purpose is to manage in a timely and effective manner all existing accounts and to develop positive relationships, while maintaining a clear understanding of the clients business needs. Key responsibilities but not limited to:: * To be responsible for maintaining ongoing contact with existing customers to ensure that they are fully satisfied with the clients service.* Manage a portfolio of key accounts and nurturing long:term partnerships* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.* To effectively manage both existing and potential new client base to ensure that order intake is in accordance with the network key performance indicators.* Ensure effective handover of contracts to the Contracts Administration function and to detail any key requirements associated with particular contracts.* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.* Run quarterly business reviews with key accounts. Essential/Desirable Skills: * Experience in mobile and fixed line solutions advantageous* Conversant with Mobile email applications* Proven track record within a B2B environment* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients* Experience of using a CRM or similar tool Interested in this Internal Sales Account Executive role?
