Legal Conveyancing Assistant, 12 + months experience, Tyne and Wear, up to GBP 24,000 (DOE), This role is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a team, providing essential support in a fast:paced and client:focused environment. or to register your interest, Lauren on 320 and quote Job Ref: 6164 JOB TITLE: Legal Conveyancing Assistant EXPERIENCE: 12 + Months LOCATION: Tyne and Wear SALARY: GBP 21,000 : GBP 24,000 OVERVIEW:-You will assist the conveyancing team in managing Residential Property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.-Preparing and submitting search requests and Land Registry applications-Drafting legal documents, letters, and contracts-Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.-The appointed Legal Professional will have previous experience in a Conveyancing role.-Strong administrative skills and attention to detail-Excellent written and verbal communication skills HOW :Contact Lauren Harris at eNL on 320 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
