The Project Controls Manager is responsible for leading a central commercial support team to provide commercial, project control and planning activities to projects and contracts where dedicated contract support is not available. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :To lead a team providing the following activities to the business:All aspects of project control including monthly commercial reporting:Project planning in MSP or P6 covering specific Projects and business strategic plans:Commercial support for framework contracts where there is no contract specific commercial team to include monthly commercial reports, time writing, valuation and invoicing etc.:Commercial and project control support for the Engineering and Design function:To support the budgeting and forecasting activities:Lead and manage the Project Control and Commercial Support Team, including items such as performance management, development and appraisals:Organise and facilitate Monthly Project Review meetings:Provide commercial support to Business Development Team for opportunities outside the Regional structure:Provide various centralised commercial reports, reconciliations and accruals:To develop systems support to all Commercial Teams:Deliver compliance audits and quality assurance for commercial and project controlling activities:Commercial Acumen of EPCM Contracts (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS :Commercial experience of projects and term contracts:Experience of interacting with operational teams:Strong IT skills:Life Sciences experience:NEC contract experience :SAP experience If you wish to speak to a member of the recruitment team, Engineering and Consultancy Bilfinger UK Limited Permanent White:collar workers Professional Project Management
