THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial for Projects, Engineering and Automation and being responsible for delivering best in class contract controls, coupled with P and L performance across the Projects, which has designated multi:disciplinary services. Accountable for the commercial and cost management of a project or programme of the project from inception to close out, ensuring that maximum efficiencies are obtained and full compliance with all B:UK governance procedures is achieved. Will also work closely with Technical, Project Management and Project Controls teams. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: : Compilation / Submission of Requests for Payment (RFP) on a monthly basis, including dealing with client queries: Issue of Early Warning notifications and co:ordination of responses to client issued EW's: Initial T and C review of purchase orders, contract agreements, LOI: Internal Cost and Value / P and L financial reports: Tracking of Earned Value and Productivity / Efficiency rates: Work with Planner to cost or resource load programmes : Issue of associated Sales Invoices in a timely manner: Update of Cost Forecasts vs Agreed Target Cost : Pricing of Compensation Event Quotes: Updates of CE and Early Warning Registers: Assisting Commercial Manager with Board Report commercial slides: Review SAP cost postings and highlight anomalies: Auditing Sub:subcontractor valuations: Weekly review of hours in MPower vs project timesheets: Calculation of 'Star Rates' for extra work: Check cost bookings in SAP and journal transfer misallocations: Ensure Contract compliance EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: : Previous Commercial Training: NEC 4 Option A and C and D (Contractor and Subcontract): Experience in Change Control (Fixed Price, SOR): Msc or Bsc in Construction: Experience in ACostE: Confident is the use of MS Excel and Powerpoint: Experience in SAP: Experience in FAST DRAFTIf you wish to speak to a member of the recruitment team, General Management Bilfinger UK Limited Temporary White:collar workers Bachelors degree General Management
