The role of Wellbeing and Inclusion Assistant will include: :Providing front of house reception duties:Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities :Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential:Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community :Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained Skills and experiences: :Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities:Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable :Good interpersonal and customer care skills:Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads:Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills:NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards:Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths Are you ready to be your best?
