What skills do I need? :Team work A happy team, makes for happy residents and a happy home:Occasional liaison with contractors is possible, so strong communication (both written and verbal) and organisational skills are essential:The successful candidate will need to have basic health and safety knowledge:Knowledge of Legionella disease is also desirable.
