Banquet Sous Chef Location: Kohler, WISalary: 70,000 - 80,000 My client, a luxury resort hotel in Kohler, Wisconsin, is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef. This role involves assisting in the management of banquet operations, ensuring high culinary standards, and contributing to the prestigious dining experience.Responsibilities:Supervise the culinary team of the dining outlet Assist with creating menu recipes, creating specials, and completion of inventory orders Run the line, and entire kitchen in the absence of the Chef Lead the charge on all standards, train employees on standards and menus, recipes, and cooking procedures Cater to large-scale events for guestIdeal Banquet Sous Chef:Must have at least 2-3 years of Sous Chef or higher experienceAt least 2 years experience in Banquet operations preferred within a 5 star hotelPossess great communication skills and experience in using/working with a computer A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peersGood organizational skills, with the ability to work independentlyIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Declan todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
