ASB Officer Chichester Also covering Southampton, Portsmouth and Gosport Temporary, 3 Month Contract Possibility to Extend Immediate Start Enhanced DBS Required, Driving & Own Vehicle Required We are seeking a proactive and experienced ASB Officer to join a leading Housing Association, to deliver a high-standard, customer-focused AntiASB Officer Chichester Also covering Southampton, Portsmouth and Gosport Temporary, 3 Month Contract Possibility to Extend Immediate Start Enhanced DBS Required, Driving & Own Vehicle Required We are seeking a proactive and experienced ASB Officer to join a leading Housing Association, to deliver a high-standard, customer-focused Anti-Social Behaviour ASB service. This role will involve managing reported cases of ASB within the designated areas, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining excellent performance standards.Key Responsibilities Case Management: Lead on managing ASB cases, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with partner agencies.Investigation: Undertake investigations, gather evidence, and use specialist equipment effectively.Risk Assessment: Assess the risks to victims and implement appropriate case management plans, including making referrals.Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about case progress, providing timely and accurate responses.Legal Action: Prepare cases for court action, represent at court, and liaise with Legal Services and SolicitorsStakeholder Engagement: Work closely with local authorities, communities, police, and other landlords to deliver a seamless service.Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law to make informed decisions.Performance: Achieve KPIs within specified time frames and contribute to local strategies for dealing with challenging estates and residents. Requirements ASB Case Management: Proven experience in managing ASB cases, evidence gathering, risk assessmentsLegislation Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding and the ability to apply legal remedies appropriately.Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to build networks and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to convey key messages and influence outcomes.IT Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office packages and in-house systems for case management.
