As a Personal Advisor, you will support young people aged 17-24, placing them at the heart of your decision making and will join a team with an abundance of knowledge and skills.Key Responsibilities Building reciprocally respectful relationships with young peopleDeveloping Pathway Plans in collaboration with young peopleKeeping case recordsCompleting visits to young people at home and in the community; always seeking to promote the best outcomes possibleAttending meetings Requirements Flexible and adaptable in practiceProfessionally curiousPassionate about helping young people achieve their potentialCan work in line with corporate parenting principlesMust have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle About YouYou will be a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people and partner agencies.
