This company is seeking a Senior HR Consultant - Recruitment to provide expertise and support with recruitment and talent acquisition activities within directorates and across the council, including all elements of strategic resourcing, employability initiatives. The successful candidate will proactively work to attract, source and recruit to a range of executive and hard to fill roles using a range of different and innovative approaches and tools to recruit appropriate candidates.Job Title – Senior HR Consultant - RecruitmentLocation – Nottingham NG2Contract – Temp 12 weeksHours – 37Role summary – This company is seeking a Senior HR Consultant - Recruitment to provide expertise and support with recruitment and talent acquisition activities within directorates and across the council, including all elements of strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategies. The successful candidate will proactively work to attract, source and recruit to a range of executive and hard to fill roles using a range of different and innovative approaches and tools to attract and recruit appropriate candidates. They will support and deliver on a range of corporate talent acquisition and resourcing activity as described below.Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise and support with recruitment and talent acquisition activitiesDeliver on a range of corporate talent acquisition and resourcing activityProactively work to attract, source and recruit to a range of executive and hard to fill rolesUse a range of different and innovative approaches and tools to attract and recruit appropriate candidatesSupport all elements of strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategies Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior HR Consultant - RecruitmentExcellent knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategiesAbility to attract, source and recruit for executive and hard to fill rolesExperience using a range of innovative approaches and tools to attract and recruit appropriate candidatesAbility to support strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment softwareCIPD qualified desirable If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.If you require any additional information regarding the position, please call George at Service Care Solutions on 01772 208 966 or send an E-Mail to XXXX@servicecare.org.uk
