Salary: £50’000 to £55’000 per annum + Flexible working hours, Pension, 30 days holiday to name just a few.Desired Skills and Experience of the Production Manager Demonstrable supervisory / managerial experience within a manufacturing environmentDemonstrable organizational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures, including lean / continuous improvement activities, health and safety, and quality systemsLeadership and people management skills and the ability to build, motivate, develop and improve the team.Demonstrable ability to implement structured problem-solving techniques, provide solutions and delegate responsibility.The ability to operate within a manufacturing plant that focuses on quality bespoke products rather than high volume. Working hours for the Production manager 8:00 – 16:30 Standard hoursFlexible working hours are available and can be somewhat tailored to suit The successful applicant will be provided with opportunities for personal and career development.
