The Role: As a Legal Secretary in a Conveyancing / Commercial Property department, you will play a pivotal role in transcribing recordings using digital dictation software. Responsibilities: Managing incoming calls and message handling. Coordinating with clients and external parties. Conducting various searches and registrations. Organising file opening and archiving. Maintaining diary schedules. Requirements: Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Legal Secretary in a similar role. Ideally you wll have experience in conveyancing or commercial property department. Skilled in digital dictation. Strong word-processing and audio typing abilities. Familiarity with MS Office suite.
