The Role: As a Property Manager, you will coordinate with owners, landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Addressing daily general maintenance concerns. Performing property inspections to maintain its condition. Managing inquiries from owners and tenants. Informing clients about legal obligations. Maintaining regular communication with property owners and management. Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar role. Understanding of Landlord / Tenant Law Including RTB, Rent Increases Notice Periods. Skilled in outlook, word and excel. Exceptional problem solving and time management Skills.
