Receptionist. Private Members Club – Westminster – up to £30,000 Receptionist – Private Members ClubLocation: Westminter Salary: £30,000 WE are working with a private members club in the heart of Westminster offers an exclusive environment where members can relax, network, and enjoy a variety of amenities. They are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist with Opera experience to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the members and their guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.Key Responsibilities:Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage all front desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Opera.Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and courteously.Provide information about the club’s facilities, services, and events.Handle member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.Coordinate with other departments to ensure members’ needs are met.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.Proficiency in using Opera PMS is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.Knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury service standards is preferred.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Skills and Attributes:Warm and welcoming personality.Strong problem-solving skills.Discreet and respectful of members’ privacy.Team player with a proactive attitude.Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a busy environment.If you are keen to discuss the details further, please contact Sophie at sophie@corecruitment.comCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.We currently have over 1350 live roles across the UK, Middle East, Europe, Africa, North & Central America and South East Asia.
