COREcruitment is working with an exciting client who have several property businesss around London. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their sales team This is a great opportunity to join a company and grow within the sales team and within the business. This role is 5 days onsite in Central London. Key responsibilities: * Respond to all incoming inquiries on the same day.* Log leads and inquiries to support internal data capture and reporting.* Efficiently manage the teams diary and conduct follow:ups as required.* Enhance current processes and develop new ones to streamline the sales process and improve results.* Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with brokers, agents, prospective clients, and team members.* Represent the company in alignment with our brand values and behaviours.* Achieve KPIs based on daily activity, pipeline management, and inquiry:to:tour conversion, supporting tour:to:deal conversion.* Assist in meeting new workstation sales targets across the portfolio and manage the commercial relationship with clients moving forward.* Provide accurate information on pricing and availability to brokers, agents, and prospective clients.* Ensure compliance with commercial, financial, and legal structures, obtaining approval from the Executive and/or Commercial Director as needed.* Build strong relationships with external intermediaries, such as brokers and commercial real estate agents.* Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures.* Use company systems and software to present information in a timely manner.* Present information effectively for both internal and external audiences.* Develop a reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity with clients and the wider industry in all actions .
