Job Opportunity: Chef De PartieLocation: Nr PrestonType: Full Time : 45 hours per week. We are working with a fantastic client near Preston, supporting them on their search for a talented Chef De Partie for their high:volume family restaurant. We're looking to speak with experienced candidates who have a background working in high volume, fresh food restaurants and who possess all round experience of working on all sections. Ideal Candidate Profile: - A willingness to work collaboratively within in a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. - Demonstrable experience working in a high:volume, fresh food venue with a large team. - Able to effectively manage your designated section ensuring all meals are cooked and presented to the highest standard. - Methodical, highly organised with excellent communication skills. - Level 3 food hygiene is desirable but not essential.
