Personal Injury Negotiator Location: Salford Quays, Manchester or Haywards Heath, West Sussex Salary: A GBP 27,000 : A GBP 30,000 per annum (Depending on experience plus Benefits) Our client are an award:winning innovative insurance and technology organisation, delivering market:leading motor insurance, underwriting, distribution, finance, technology and legal services. The Role Do you have third:party Injury claims experience, a logical thinker and keen to progress your career in a dynamic and fast:growing insurer? Enjoy negotiating and managing a claim to a conclusion with strong knowledge of relevant legal jurisdictional rules and protocols? Well look no further Theyre on the lookout for a skilled Personal Injury Negotiator to join their clients growing organisation in either Salford Quays, Manchester or Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Its all about being assertive, playing a key role in supporting the customer through their PI claims journey from initial contact to case resolution, youll be an expert in your field showing empathy and building strong working relationships. Skills and Qualifications * Proven motor claims experience working within a bodily injury claims environment gained from a motor insurer* Experience of handling personal injury claims including indemnity validation, accurate reserve setting, liability resolution, quantum assessment and settlement techniques* Experience handling claims within the OIC (Official Injury Claims) Portal or similar (Desirable)* Experience of handling third party Injury claims liaising effectively with different claimant representatives (KYO/ Non KYO)* Proficient knowledge of liability assessment* Knowledge of regulatory framework relating to Motor Claims and principles of English Law* Previous knowledge of FCA requirements (including TCF)* Conversant with all sections of Pre:Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims, Civil Procedure Rules and the Road Traffic Act (RTA) If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for this reputable organisation, please proceed through the following link to be redirected to their website to complete your application. bt6resourcing:166566XXXX.teamtailor/jobs/3806996:personal:injury:negotiator
