JOB: Contracts ManagerLOCATION: Ripley, DerbyshireTERM: PermanentSALARY: GBP 60,000 to GBP 70,000 per annum We are currently on the look out for a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join one of our clients in Ripley. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the management of contracts and ensure the smooth execution of projects. The Contracts Manager will ideally have the following attributes: : 5 Years+ Experience in Contract Management, preferably within the engineering sector : Relevant qualifications in Contract Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar : Proven experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts : Exceptional organizational and project management skills : Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software : Ability to work well independently and as part of a team : Detail:oriented with strong analytical skills The Contracts Manager role will involve: : Managing the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to termination : Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements : Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and company standards : Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and address any issues : Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies : Maintaining accurate and up:to:date contract documentation and records : Supporting the engineering team by providing contract:related guidance and assistance : Ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects in line with contractual terms If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up:to:date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and salary expectation.
