Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a global tier 1 automotive company recruit an PLC/Automation Engineer, this newly created role comes with a salary of circa A GBP 50,000 per annum and excellent benefits, including an exceptional company enhanced pension. As the PLC/Automation Engineer, you will be a key player in all key plant KPIs and support the operational managers and maintenance teams. In your first few weeks in this PLC/Automation Engineer role, you can expect to: * Commission and create new equipment PM procedures plus any key information that will be needed by the wider team* Coordinate cross:functional teams and manage the delivery of projects* Be the primary contact for new industrial equipment supporting problem:solving analysis, MMTF, continuous monitoring and technical support for special plant activities* Work with Siemens PLCs for this PLC/Automation Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: * Knowledge of Siemens PLC Systems* Experience in automotive, manufacturing and project management* Some HMI design experience would be useful This position is on site and days, Monday to Thursday 8.30am : 5pm and Friday 8.30 am : 2pm and paying circa A GBP 50,000 per annum. our team today and register your interest in this permanent PLC/Automation Engineer position in Warrington.
