Description:
Job Description The role as a Test Engineer will be to: You will be responsible for testing setup/preparation/manufacture/modification of test rigs, tooling or test samples. Supporting the Senior Test Engineer to prepare for tests and report results. You will support in facility management and 5S deployment in the department. There will be occasional overnight travel required to support external testing. You shall support the Mechanical Test Lab, with testing and issue resolution. You will also support the work of the business to establish safe working practices and necessary level of documentation. You will be involved with projects from the planning / assembly / instrumentation / commissioning phase though to successfully performing and reporting the test. You will have a minimum of 3 years test experience across key areas of the role. Have a background of working in a Test environment within an Engineering company. Good report writing skills including status and progress reporting.
