We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and inspiring Maths and English Teacher to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of our young people.As a Maths and English Teacher, you will: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons in both Maths and English that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans IEPs and support strategies for students with SEMH needs.Monitor and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching methods to ensure effective learning.Build positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and high expectations.Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status QTS or equivalent.Proven experience teaching Maths and English, preferably within a specialist or alternative provision setting.A strong understanding of SEMH needs and effective strategies to support students with these challenges.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
