We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Principal Agile Coach m/f/d for a Global IT Service provider based in Germany.The job holder will lead and take responsibility for agile transformation projects at team and lead and Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, Disciplined Agile Delivery DAD, and Large-Scale Scrum LeSS.We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Principal Agile Coach m/f/d for a Global IT Service provider based in Germany.The job holder will lead and take responsibility for agile transformation projects at team and lead and Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, Disciplined Agile Delivery DAD, and Large-Scale Scrum LeSS.The suitable candidate should have the following qualities: Fluent English and ideally fluent German Extensive experience in agile delivery and transformationProven experience in coaching agile organizations at C-levelProven Business development experience.
