The company is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their team. As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.Key Responsibilities Providing support and care to children and young people with complex needsWorking as part of a team to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are metAssisting with personal care and daily living tasksSupporting children and young people with education and recreational activitiesBuilding positive relationships with children, young people, and their families Requirements Experience working with children and young people with complex needsA caring and compassionate natureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work as part of a teamA willingness to learn and develop new skills QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a Level 2/3 Diploma for Residential Childcare England or equivalent.
