Within this role, the Legal Executive will prepare for Employment Tribunal hearings and the overlook the supervision of more junior members of the team. Other day-to-day responsibilities for this role would include: Running your own Employment Litigation caseloadUndertaking quality checks and assessments on ET3 responses, preliminary hearings, court bundles and witness statementsConducting your own advocacyCorresponding with other Solicitors, representatives and clients The is an exciting opportunity to work within a role where the successful candidate will assist in the building of the team around themselves.
