It continues to strengthen its position year-on-year with impressive growth plans.Weighbridge Operator Position Overview:Weighbridge Operator Main Duties/ Responsibilities: Check delivery drivers have the necessary qualifications, have been inducted for site and have the necessary PPEConfirm drivers know where and how to deliver their loadRecord deliveries of Raw Materials and Fuels over the weighbridgeDespatching of some outbound materials over the weighbridgeManage vehicles on-site through close communication with the control room and haulier plannersBe the single point of contact for delivery drivers if there are any issues on siteOccasional driver inductions to be carried out. Weighbridge Operator Experience / Qualifications: Previous experience of working in a weighbridge is desirable, but training will be givenKnowledge of Excel desirableTotal commitment to Health & Safety StandardsGood communication skills Firm but fairFlexible, reliable, and enthusiasticAbility to work well under pressure at times. In return, the Weighbridge Operator will receive: Weekly pay upto £16 p/hContract Length: 12 months Free parking
