This school has helped young people with learning difficulties to develop to their full potential.The team are highly devoted and committed which values every individual young person for who they are, encourage progress, celebrate achievements and inspires confidence in their futures. This school wants to make a positive impact by going above and beyond to ensure every pupils needs are being met.As a SEN Teaching Assistant will need to support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with general classwork, support class teachers keeping track progress of students and completing observations on the pupils. SEN Teaching Assistants needs to have a fun, energetic and strong behaviour management and communication skills.
