Your caseload in this position may include matters such as: Sales and purchasesBuy-to-LetShared OwnershipTransfer of EquityProbate SalesNew BuildsRe-mortgages This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is looking for the next step in their career. In return for their employees’ hard work, staff will have a great work/life balance with hybrid working options after an initial training period, an excellent pipeline of work and bespoke progression paths. The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will ideally have 0-1 years’ PQE in Residential Property, is confident in their own ability, is looking to establish themselves in the well-regarded team and can work well under pressure. If you are a Newly Qualified Solicitor, you will at least have taken a seat in Residential Conveyancing or have 6 months previous experience.
