We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we're seeking a talented Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance PPM: Plan and execute regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.Breakdowns: Respond swiftly and efficiently to mechanical and electrical breakdowns, minimizing downtime.PLC Systems: Expert fault finding and troubleshooting on PLC systems, including Siemens and Allen Bradley.PLC Modifications: Make necessary modifications to PLC programs to enhance operational efficiency.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Requirements: Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.Strong background in preventative maintenance and breakdown repair.Extensive experience with PLC systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley.Demonstrated ability to modify and troubleshoot PLCs.Previous experience leading a team of engineers.Willingness to work a 3 tier shift pattern earlies, lates, and nights.
