Responsibilities: Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessonsWork closely with children, including those with SEN/SEND to provide individualised supportAssist in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environmentProvide one-to-one support for children who require additional helpContribute to the assessment and recording of children's progressCover classroom teaching responsibilities when required Requirements: An HLTA qualification or similar experienceExperience working with children, particularly in an SEN/SEND settingAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionalsPatience, empathy, and a passion for helping children learn and growEffective behaviour management strategies Join our team as a Teaching Assistant to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners while gaining valuable experience in the education sector.
