Residential Property Conveyancer : Locum 3+ PQE, Devon GBP 40 : GBP 45 per hour. A locum opportunity to provide annual leave cover to a well:established and friendly law firm based in Exeter. or to register your interest, Tatiana on 454 and quote Job Ref: 6149 OVERVIEW: - You will be expected to take over the current caseload, quickly adapt, and ensure the smooth progression of files throughout July.- Significant experience in various residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, shared ownership, and transfers of equity, is required.- The team is managing a heavy caseload and needs an experienced conveyancer/solicitor for this assignment.- A proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently is essential.- The role includes support from experienced secretarial staff.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client care.- The candidate is expected to be on:site for the duration of the assignment.
