Location: Swadlincote Working Hours: * Monday : Friday 19:00 : 04:00 Fixed Shifts Available Pay rate: A GBP 11.44 : A GBP 13.95 P/hr Position: Yard Operative Logistics People are currently recruiting Yard Operatives to join our team in Swadlincote, based at our TPN site. As a Yard Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: * Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English to effectively communicate with HGV and FLT drivers.* Representation of TPN and the HUB operation with visiting depots* Assing in tipping lane to pull the curtains back on the trailers as they come in* Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment : fast paced environment* Physically fit Our ideal candidate: * Able to work as a part of a team and be self:managed when necessary.* Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.* Ability to work accurately and methodically.* Good communication skills.* Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
