Here are The Mick George Group we are looking for a Workshop Administrator Job Purpose To support the Plant Maintenance team and the ongoing demands surrounding the Workshop processes. Responsibilities Completing the pro-forma process, ensuring correct sign offs are obtained and order numbers provided in a timely manner. Assisting with the accurate processing of invoices including: Raising purchase order numbers on MS Dynamics & R2C Check invoices for anomalies and raising queries with suppliers. Matching and batching of invoices to Purchase Orders Following up on queries, ensuring any issues are closed off. To ensure effective maintenance of internal systems including the correct input of data. Administering all job sheets and timesheets from Plant Maintenance employees. Uploading defects off service sheets and assisting the senior plant maintenance team with the defect process. Support with personnel processes, including managing holiday requests, sickness and return to work and liaising with HR. General administration including filing. Supporting with new software implementation. Taking phone calls on behalf of the senior Plant Maintenance team Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Senior Management.
