We are looking for a Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) planner to join our EU distribution team on a permanent basis. The role can be based in either Gloucester, UK or Rozenburg, South Holland. Our team's vision revolves around creating a distinct competitive advantage for INVISTA by providing solutions that surpass customer expectations. In this role, you be responsible for production planning and scheduling at our EU Polymer production site over the short to mid-term horizon. About the role • Drive transformation and continuous improvement of production processes • Oversee execution of production plan to meet supply plan in the most efficient and cost-effective manner • Work alongside MRP controller and supply planner to ensure optimum flow of raw materials in line with production schedule • Pro-actively manage production / capacity constraints to reduce risk to inventory levels and end customers • Where relevant adapt scenario planning techniques underpinned by economic thinking to generate the best overall value for INVISTA. About you • Minimum 3+ years' experience in supply chain with a strong knowledge of the overall end to end supply chain. • Production planning background is preferred. • Effective communication skills • Critical and economic thinking skills • Ability to articulate your point of view (including recommendations and challenges) to a wider group of stakeholders. • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo. • Experience in SAP APO What We Can Offer You Dynamic career development empowering you to enhance your entrepreneurial skills and seize profitable opportunities.
