You will support the Senior Housing Project Officer in managing tenancy and housing services for a Council-owned company with 200 properties.Key Responsibilities: Estate managementNew tenant visits and sign-upsTenancy verification and fraud preventionService charge managementLiaising with freeholders and managing agentsCoordinating maintenance requestsSupporting asset complianceAddressing anti-social behaviour Main Accountabilities: Deliver housing and leasehold management servicesProvide exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with colleagues and external partnersEnsure compliance with statutory and best practice standardsSupport vulnerable customersResolve service requests and complaints promptlyImplement service improvementsManage void properties and tenant transitionsPromote health and safety complianceMaintain high professional standards Experience and Skills: Significant experience in housing-related rolesProject management experienceStrong workload management and teamwork skillsCollaboration with partners, agencies, and community groupsClient monitoring and managementKnowledge of housing legislation, rent arrears, and anti-social behaviour policiesLegal enforcement knowledgeUnderstanding of Health and Safety, Equal Opportunity Policies, and building maintenanceStrong communication skillsCustomer-focused problem-solving approachProficiency in IT and Microsoft OfficeCommitment to professional development Qualifications: Project Management qualification or working towardsCertificate in Housing Level 3 or equivalentValid driver’s license and own transport If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
