Regular client interaction is required, so the ideal candidate must be confident, friendly, and possess a positive, proactive attitude. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 12 months of experience as a private client paralegal. A desire to progress, learn, and develop, along with a strong academic record and excellent communication skills, are essential.
