As a Corporate Partner, you will be driving the development of the Corporate department and provide clients with comprehensive and professional advice to a wide range of Corporate transactional matters. Within this Corporate Partner role, your duties will include: Running your own caseload of mergers, acquisitions, management buy-out and buy ins, trade sales, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and disposalsActing on behalf of private equity funds, fund managers and investee companiesAdvising clients on general company law compliance and corporate governanceSupervising and supporting more junior members of the teamDraft, review and negotiate a variety of transactional and corporate documentsBusiness Development Initiatives and networking The successful candidate will ideally have 6+ years’ PQE within Corporate law, is driven, wanting to help grow and contribute positively to the overall law firm and is very commercially aware.
