Your role will include… Operating, bandsaw, chop saw, pillar drills, angle grinders, hand tools and polishing equipment Reading drawings to produce products to specificationUsing measuring equipment to ensure products are manufactured to meet specificationsQuality checking of productsMaintaining a clean and safe working environment Machine Operator The Candidate You must have machine operating experience within an engineering workshop environment. You will also have the following skills experiences and attributes… Machine operating experience is essentialExperience of working in an engineering workshop environmentAbility to use basic measuring equipment e.g. tape measureMust be physically fit with the ability to lift circa 20kg weightsA positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills The Company Our client is an independently owned fabrication company producing high end products within the construction industry.
