2 Project Managers Required - Housing/New BuildAchieve the target contributions by managing the contracts in accordance with the contract documents and programme. Responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality, whilst exceeding client expectations and maximising profit for Keepmoat Limited. To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.The role is for 2 project managers to look after 1 site each.Location 1 - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, North East England, NE5Location 2 - Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, North East England, SR5Working: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pmStarting: ASAPDuration: 6-12 monthsRate: Up to £230per day payeMain duties may include:Undertake programming, from overall project programme to detailed task scheduling, from inception to operation.Provide change control procedure to maximum added value and minimise disruption to the project.Provide structured approach to project planning to include health and safety, execution methods and quality.Manage, train and develop all reporting staff.Identify critical success factors and KPI’s and feed back into monitoring and reporting systems.Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the project.Supervision of the Site Manager, including the following areas;Health and Safety IssuesBe responsible for site safetyEnsure HSE requirements are metQuality ControlResource allocation and control in liaison with the Quantity SurveyorLiaison with the client and contract administrator on both a formal and informal basisEnsure compliance and planning supervisor requirements.Qualificationsin date SMSTS/ IOSH Managing Safely training.Scaffold Inspection AwarenessAsbestos awarenessManagers or PQP CSCS CardRecruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4RS is an equal opportunities employer.
