You will engage in daily activities with the pupil, fostering a supportive and enjoyable environment.This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young person’s life, helping them to grow and thrive in a supportive and engaging setting.Responsibilities: Preparation of resources and activities for each week, tailored to the pupils needs and interestsAssisting with daily routines and educational tasksParticipating in fun activities such as doing makeup and making bracelets for concertsBuilding a trusting relationship through consistent and empathetic interactionEncouraging social and emotional development Requirements: Experience working with pupils who have high-level anxiety social anxiety and history of panic attacks, ASD with PDA profile and Masking.Driving licence and access to own vehiclePrevious experience working in the same or similar role is advantageousCollect educational attainment evidence from 1-1 sessions Benefits of this role: £15.00 to £17.00 per hour - with weekly or monthly pay, your choiceFree online CPD training coursesFull time or part time hours 18.5hrs or 37hrsFree training on mental health and speech and languageHaving an impact on the learning, progress, and development of the students with which you are workingHave peace of mind with direct access to your consultant, always ready and eager to assist If you are interested in this role, and would like more information, please feel free to reach out.Office number: 01925 594 203Email Address: We look forward to reviewing all applications.
