Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and estate duties to ensure the upkeep and smooth operation of the client's premises. Key responsibilities include: Performing daily cleaning tasks in common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of outdoor areas, such as walkways and gardens.Conducting routine inspections and minor repairs of facilities to ensure safety and functionality.Managing waste and recycling processes efficiently.Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events or activities held on the premises.Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.Liaising with residents and responding to their queries or concerns in a professional manner. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar caretaking or cleaning role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.Basic maintenance and repair skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.
