Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in India Experience: 5 years + Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter) Role and responsibilities Front-End Development with Vue.js: Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Vue.js code. Design and implement user interfaces ensuring a seamless user experience. Back-End Development with Laravel: Develop server-side logic and APIs using Laravel. Integrate front-end elements with the back-end systems. Ensure data integrity and security in the back-end. Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain database schemas using Postgres. Optimize database queries for performance and efficiency. Versatile Development: Contribute to various aspects of the development process, adapting to different tasks and technologies as needed. Upskill in new technologies and methodologies to meet project requirements. Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, well-documented code following industry best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Apply SOLID principles and other design patterns where appropriate. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Participate in project planning and provide technical insights. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers. Share knowledge and best practices within the team. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development. Continuously seek ways to improve the development process and team productivity.
